Lady of the Manor

Lady of the Manor sees a great cast struggle under the weight of a sloppy script.

It is genuinely painful to see some of the most talented and appealing actors in Hollywood, including Justin Long himself, wasted in a movie that shows such a lack of respect for the audience.

Despite the enjoyable chemistry between its leads and a promisingly offbeat premise, the buddy comedy does a better job of betraying its filmmakers' lack of imagination than it does conjuring any real laughs.

Proves that a comedy can make you laugh consistently enough and still be quite bad.

On the plus side, Greer elevates every scene she’s in, even the ones that involve fart jokes. And it must be said, most regrettably, that Lady of the Manor is very, very fond of those.

If you take the premise too seriously, then you're not in on the joke. The Long Brothers' film is filled with farts, funny faces and complete mockery of humanity's douchiest.
