This is a good movie! I picked this movie randomly one night and I was surprised to see that it is not accurate about the raising water aspect but it has a really interesting story.

A quiet character drama in the afternoon of humanity.

Slow paced near future dystopian thriller that is a welcome relief to the over produced mega budget cgi effects fests that seem to make up the majority of movies these days. Fascination and intelligent take on the future, well acted movie that asks as many questions as it answers. For those giving it poor reviews - you obviously don't "get it" so move on back to your marvel world. For everyone else, give it a watch.

    Just OK. I've seen worse.

Set next to Waterworld this is a good yardstick as to how we have descended into nihilism. Bad acting, terrible writing, slow pacing and faux depth.

Close to being good but majority of it could be cut. Plot is too simple for 2 hour movie. Some of the scenes are only there to cover up the plotholes. It's like if they had an idea for a cool plottwist and made an entire movie to make up a scenario in which it makes sense, while ignoring that the story is boring up until you know what is happening in the last five minutes. And it is just not worth it

Pretty suspenseful, a bit long of a setup, but overall it was entertaining and not quite like anything I had seen before.

Definitely not a blockbuster but definately a watch if you like a slow burn apocalypse movie.

The first half is very slow paced and vague without much happening, Basically, it was trying to set something up but it wasn't very clear and nothing much happens in the first half and one could fast forward through it and miss nothing. A little bit more happens in the second half but not enough to eventually keep me from thinking "Okay, nothing is going to develop, just end."

Codswallop, completely unconvincing. Not sure what they're protecting, defending, guarding with a thin plot and pretty naff.
