I'd say it was an amazing experience and, by far, the best way Metallica could celebrate original S&M's 20th Anniversary

It starts off as a rather predictable & generic Metallica concert backed by an orchestra, playing their newer mediocre songs. Orchestra is hardly given any importance. After the mediocre first act, the 2nd half redeems itself with a true fusion of the genres. Starting off with pure orchestra then gradually adding Metallica elements finally reaching the full S&M experience comparable to the S&M1 - The first act was pretty boring for the most part - Some good musical moments in the 2nd act. - Music mix seemed a bit off. Felt too chaotic at times. Could hardly hear the orchestra in the 1st act. - Orchestral parts didn't seem to fit well with the songs in the first act. - No encore

Awesome show! The base solo for Cliff was the best part!

This is the best concert movie Ive seen. The camera angles made you feel like you were really there. The sound was amazing! Not only was the music great, the audience sounds were captured as well and that added to the excitement.

I was at the concert they filmed, so I have to say that it was great seeing it again on the big screen! It felt like I was front row, instead of in the nosebleeds! I’m so glad I caught this one in theaters!

Some safe moments and some risky, vulnerable moments. This is Metallica. Bass solo moved me to tears.
