Eye opening. People need to keep asking more questions.

I commend the film maker for caring about his hometown and how its Mayor and Chief of Police reacted. That said, he jumps right into conspiracy theories too soon and the film that started out strong weakens. There's no foundation at all for a multiple shooters that the filmmaker debunks later on, however it's too little too late.

An evolving review as you never watch these as "film" alone, not even as "docs". Some DOCS are great for relaxation, just to know a little more, like watching How It's Made or something along those lines. When you watch What Happens in Vagas and Money Machine, you think. You cry. You remove that last excuse you ever had and start moving to remove the corrupted, no matter how many trolls and puppets they hire. Studies have shown (see North Korea and Communist China) - you only need to get ahold of 5% of the key administrators to build your corrupted empire. Works every single time because people are greedy for money, if there are no check and balances, and when society needs a filmmaker to change, it's kind of a shame. While no DOC has all the facts, apples don't fall far from the trees do they and can any one smell a rat because my nose has this funny itch. I am sure it will be brushed under the carpet and perhaps fifty years later some truth will come out when some's conscience bursts. But then it would be far too late. Sin City needs Larry Burns
