A wonderful, if dark faery tale. I enjoyed this film immensely for daring to go against the mold of usual storytelling and creating something more interesting and focusing on its themes. Mosley is a precious film and I hope to see more like it in the future.

I cant belive no one knows about this movie is actually has unique story structure and is perfect for children and i specially love that the villain is portray as an actually danger to the protagonist not only that they also didnt treat the audience as 2 years old which makes the movie nice for the whole family, although there are a couple of scenes that didnt make sense and it felt a bit rush, but the movie is fantastic P13 recommended

The movie was better than I expected. A animated, analogy heavy depiction, about a enslaved sentient race of four legged animal like beings. This kids friendly film uncomfortably trys to showcase slavery as a form of corruption in its own way. Sadly, the movie does not end with any resolution to the common place use of slavery in its fictional world; slavery that is presented quit nasty throughout the film. Many tropes can come of as disrespectful to both animals and the ethnicity of people in the real world, but to me it seems they tried at least a little while staying true to the narrative they wanted. Yet that could leave plenty room to be critical about the narrative they wanted. The insensitivity the movie carries makes it a one star film. If you give the pass they should not get and the benefit of the doubt that they just didn't know how untactful this film is (which is quite understandable for extent they try) then its actually a 5 star film. So i rated the film 2.5 stars because to me, they tried to do a very good thing… but a details I'm sure they considered but felt can be overlooked assuming they thought they are minor, are really not that minor and actually a rather massive ball drop the should never have been created in this way. Watch this movie and set aside disbelief at the failure a tact and then you more then likely will enjoy the film understanding they were trying to do good but shouldn't get a pass once the credits roll.
