"Mufasa" is a visually spectacular film that balances action and reflection, providing an emotionally rich and moving experience. Although some moments may seem over the top, it is still a work of art that honors the legacy of The Lion King.

I want my Time and money back that i spent on this movie. Sitting through this movie was a time dilation experience, it just wouldn't end. I want to be out very bad but i didn't want to be that Ahole that walk across the movie screen when you’re watching movie.

How foolish for those to stamp on this film, verily so the critics seem to be somewhat annoyed about this film, I thought it was great, wasnt as good as the first I do say, however this did what it needed to do and what fun.

I loved getting the back story to what really happened between Scar and Mufasa!

A wonderful heartwarming film answering so many "before Simba" questions. A bit of a tear jerker for the Mamas in the audience. Definitely recommend this family movie.

Great movie, it has some Easter eggs about the first movie, has also a great storytelling e keeps adults tensioned. Just didn’t like the songs, it was kind of boring, but the whole movie it’s great!

The bottom line, Disney is not creative, not looking toward the future, not telling new or interesting stories. It is playing on nostalgia of old beloved stories in a very sad and cynical attempt to make more money. Story is about as thin as the gruel served in a Russian gulag. Character motivations turned on a dime. The creation of Scar was very very weak. Brothers and best friends growing up, walk with a female for a few days and one is willing to kill the other? Timon and Pumba were annoying and very distracting. The story that frames the entire story? Kiara is left alone and that's why Rafiki has to tell this story? What? The camera was annoying and distracting, sometimes making me feel nauseated by all the movement (and I play FPS on PS5). The songs. I'm not the biggest fan of Lin Manuel Miranda, even though I can acknowledge that he is probably one of the most gifted song writers on the planet right now. I just don't jive with his style. That being said, I loved his work in Encanto and adored his work on Moana. My daughter and I sing Moana songs all the time. But a rare miss with this movie. Kiros and the Bye Bye song I felt was very cringey. I king and leader of a ferocious band of roving lions singing this song. Awful. The Brothas song was also not great. Some of the songs were too long. A song would start, and it seemed like we were back in the movie and the thin plot was moving toward the sewer grate, and the song popped up again. My family was wondering is this the same song, did they start a new song, what's going on? I can't even remember any other songs. Forgettable and unremarkable. They had the tight Lin Manuel Miranda lyrics and flow, but did not hit at all like Moana. Am not a Disney hater but don't like how Disney seems to be cannibalizing its properties in an attempt to make more money. Remakes, live action, photo quality, and prequels. No other studio would be able to get away with this much laziness and throwing this much garbage and what are you going to do about it in the faces of its consumers. But Disney knows no matter how many bad reviews and one two star ratings its movies get from adults and people who can use a keyboard. IT DOESN'T MATTER. These things are geared toward children who don't understand movies. They don't understand plots, old and stale garbage, money grabs, bad songs, bad characters, no character development, no character motivation. They know the parents are just the ones who fork money over to see Disney movies, Disney+, the toys, and so on. Great business model to make money and keep it going forever, but as generations grow up they realize how junk Disney is. That doesn't matter, bring on the next generation of children. Same review for Moana 2.

I would rather poop in my hands and clap than ever think about this movie for the rest of my life and afterlife.
