Mummies

Best animated film and special. I like it because is good story, comedy and fun family film. I highly recommended this film for families and kids.

In a day and time where it is important to portray history with some accuracy this film fails completely. Egyptians were African not Caucasian as this movie depicts. Get things right we have come far.

The characters were ugly, emotionally fake, boring and cringy sometimes.They had some great,original and strong concepts and amazing opportunity, and others were cliched and unoriginal, and stupid. The voice acting was mediocre and the romantic arc was forced. It's easy for me to want to look away and close my ears in movies, but this one is very good at making me do it often, especially at the songs. I'm currently doing this during them. I have to recommend this as a kid distracter, but I am 12 years old, my sister is 10, and by brother is 7, and I don't think they even it. But we're watching it. The worldbuilding is...Decent. Don't go out of your way to watch this. There are plenty of kids films that are awesome. If you like Egypt or mummies, there is a lot more things that are better than this. So many CG cartoons try to be cartoons; why won't they make them ACTUALLY hand drawn then??? I mean, Get a Horse is AMAZING. Some scenes are genuinely entertaining. But not enough. I give this movie a 45%.

Loved the Egyptian side but the movie was slow. Some funny moments. The movie got boring by halfway and it's plot twists were weak, add on a boring plot and 10 comic reliefs and it got stale quick

Either this script was written by Chat GPT or a 11 year old handicapped child. This is the worst story since 5,000 years ago. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Cute kids movie with an original plot.

I know this is a kids movie, so the bar is low, but even ignoring the fact that having a bunch of Egyptian Mummies voiced with British accents is pushing the boundaries of cultural insensitivity, the voice acting itself is just not very good. It's the kind of production that you would expect in a straight to TV movie, but this was in theaters.
