Perfect Addiction is a romantic drama based on the book of the same name that follows an MMA trainer that gets cheated on by her boyfriend, trainee, and champion so she seeks revenge by training his rival opponent where they form a close bond. The one thing that intrigued me about this movie was the fact that MMA fighting was thrown into this romance story so I was interested to see how the fight scenes would play out and if they would be any good and honestly they were underwhelming. This movie is mostly enhanced by the actors Ross Butler and Kiana Madeira, but even with that they don't have the best chemistry. The best scenes I feel like they have are during their dramatic moments together. Matthew Noszka as the ex-boyfriend, Jax, I thought was pretty good in his role as well and I honestly think he might've been the best in his role. The flow of this movie is also really weird as the first act feels rushed through and choppy as this is a 97 minute movie but the movie seems to slow down once the two leads actually get together and things get steamy which are also very well shot love scenes. Overall, I do feel like there is an appeal to this movie with the cast and their performances, and with some of the great drama and romantic scenes but for the most part, this movie is generic and the MMA fighting thrown into the movie doesn't really enhance it that much. Perfect Addiction gets a C+.

Main actress Madeira was great. I don't know what others are talking about. This was a good movie.

Pretty good adaptation of the book in my opinion, however key scenes were missing and that ruined the flow for me as someone who read the book first. Cara and Sienna had way more interactions together that were left out, so it felt as though their entire friendship was thrown on the back burner. And Kayden had way more personality than they showed in the movie. Overall, the execution could have been worse, but the movie was nice.

L.O.V.E loved it! It was hot, it was sweet, it was deep, it was inspiring and motivating and did I mention it was hot?! It starts with a bang đź’Ą It was written with such thought and intention. Every word perfectly placed to hook and keep me hooked. This movie takes you on a ride of lust and love and wrath and vengeance and it is a ride I didn't want to get off! It's sexy, inspiring and now it's time for me to get up early and go run. This movie makes you wanna get strong and I am addicted! Loved itđź’Şđź‘Ź

Cheesy, predictable and super boring. Only worth it because of Kiara Madeira.

This was beyond terrible… the acting was bad, the music choice didn’t flow with the movie. The narration was confusing, terrible, and felt like they were trying to copy “You-Netflix” type of narration, but it did not fit this movie. The story was way too fast to even gain emotions for the characters. One thing good about the movie is probably the way some locations were shot on camera, but still for a movie about overcoming toxicity in a relationship, it did not execute the story well at all…

Boring beyond belief. How does Castille Landon continue to get work?
