Less than satisfying and frustrating to think of how great this could have been.

Looks like it was shot on weekends by a bunch of students, with a loopy, derivative story and poor performances.

Amateurish and low-budget skit on film has its moments, but mostly in its first half. This film could be a lot more polished but the Canadian humor is genuinely funny.

A delightfully freakish comedy.

Funny only in an I-can't-believe-they're-doing-that kind of way.

There's an irrepressible silliness and a palpable sense of kitsch that runs through much of Phil the Alien. And it's funny.

Not bad, not bad. This was Stefaniuk before Suck which probably deserves a similar rating. Funny at times but a wee bit inconsistent. Keep trying my man.

Actually not bad. It was made by the guys I work with and I thought they did a good job with the low budget.
