I loved this movie. It's just what I was in the mood for. A light-hearted & fun story. I knew it wasn't going to be Othello, but it's exactly what I needed to be entertained and put a smile on my face. I love these female actors! This movie made me happy.

This is a friendship film. You get that from the start, but I totally love Diane Keaton and her working this character. LOVE the music and the dancing. The rest of the cast is wonderful. Unfortunate that Celia Weston is so one dimensional in the writing. She is a terrific actor. But, she does the best with what she is given. LOVE Doris. Very fun and touching.

Felt a bit rushed, but great cast and production value. Totally delivers. (And watching Diane Keaton shake it is always a hoot!)

It all goes to shit when Diane Keaton decides to start a cheerleading club at a senior living residence. It is all meant to lift your spirit and root for the geriatric underdogs but with it's formulaic script, tepid direction, it winds up achieving quite the opposite, leaving you feeling sad and sorry to have watched this choreographed disaster.

It's not a high-brow art film, but it's heart-warming, funny and sweet. Sometimes that's all you need.
