I absolutely love how this film captures the behind the scenes of the work of the artist and her work, both I greatly admire. This documentary allowed me to witness the journey of this artist, both in her studio, and out on location, including the real challenges and hardships along the way. The editing and filming is excellent, receiving several invitations and awards at many highly recognized film festivals around the world. A very inspiring film beyond the art world, truly a must see documentary for anyone.

A magnific perspective about the unique and creative way Reine, the artist, sees the world and then portrait it in her photographs.... it shows the audience the hard work that the artist invest and the crazy moments shelived, in her process to reproproduce a much better version of our world. Its a must see!

Queen of Paradis takes you into the mind of an artist as she searches for the perfect "Paradise" to create her art. Taking the journey alongside Reine will lead you down the path of adventure and looking for more. The film captures Reine's entire story and doesn't shy away from sharing both the good and difficult moments faced throughout. Balanced between telling the story and allowing it to unfold naturally, the film leaves you with a story that gives texture to her and her art.

A documentary about art making and finding inspiration. Very well crafted, the movie is more an inspirational movie about creation and finding your path than on the artist herself, even though Reine Paradis is an talented and inspiration herself. A must-see for the art lovers out there and people who need a boost of creativity!

Great artist, great documentary, very well made and directed. We are immediately pulled into Reine's (and Carl's) universe of true passion and hard work. Spent a great moment watching it!

This is a must see!!! It is entertaining, beautiful to watch, and has a deep message that every artist should hear. Reine Paradis is an adventurous pioneer in her field and Carl (the director of the film), has a way of capturing her essence that will inspire you, make you laugh, and cry. The film takes you on the ride, keeping you edge of your seat that no art documentary to date has done . Reine's rawness about her process and her past is brave beyond words. Go see this incredibly stunning film!!!!

A must see An intimate journey into Reine Paradis fantastic work. Love the road trip part, Loved to see the BTS of an art in progress. The childhood part is also amazing. This documentary would make you want to quit your job and be an artist. Special credit for the amazing edit and sound design !
