Riff Raff

This movie had zero story or character development and nothing remotely entertaining about it. The casting felt lazy and mismatched, even with typically decent actors. Their roles made no sense, and the entire film felt like a slog. The only saving grace was the relief of it finally ending—a complete waste of time and money.

Funny, surprising, made real by an incredible cast, Riff Raff gave us a great night out at the movies. I mean, it’s been a long time since I laughed out loud in a theater! And in the end, it’s much more than a feel-good movie about some crazy mobsters and the people who love them; it’s about the power of family. Simply terrific.

The poor reviews are accurate. Nothing appealing in this movie, despite a good cast.

With all the name brand actors in this movie, we were expecting another Glass Onion. Unfortunately, all the actors seemed to be sleep-walking through this script and the slow-paced direction didn't help at all. I found myself falling asleep about 10 minutes into this movie, and after 30 minutes of truculent dialogue and an extremely predictable ending we walked out of the movie. Luckily we got in at afternoon matinee prices, so not a lot of money was wasted. Really a shame.

After stepping out of the theater the first thing I thought to myself is they do not make movies like this anymore! It truly had everything I look for in a film - mystery, laughs, excellent performances and precise storytelling from Dito Montiel.

I thought the cast was great and it had a very engaging storyline. It dragged a little, but overall I enjoyed it. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Raunchy, funny, and fun. Just what we needed to get back in the theaters!!

Exactly why I go to the movies: a fast-paced crime drama, with lots of fun and laugh-out-loud humor.

Definitely recommend watching this film. It's a surprisingly good time! Perfect mix of darkness and humor that doesn't leave you feeling down/gross when you leave the theater! (must-watch in an actual movie theater)

I was hesitant to like this, but honestly ended up loving it. Great cast with pretty impressive chemistry.
