One of the best romantic comedies in the last 5 years! Beautiful cinematography and charismatic performances. We don't get a ton of good rom-com's any more. This one happens to be great!

A debuting platform for Raine Allen-Miller's directional compel and captivatingly organic showcase for David Jonsson and Vivian Oparah, building their casual chemistry with witty dialogues in panoramic lenses. (B+)

The best modern rom com I have watched as of yet. It is so human, so real and so so funny. I haven't stopped watching it.
  • Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
A cute pretty looking film with great dialogue and charming charecters, it's not really laugh out loud funny but it's charming and silly in all the right ways.

The story and performances in Rye Lane are sweet, but the cinematography is so aggressive that it is a turn-off. The colors are bold to the point of distraction. I was also annoyed by the abundance of panoramic-styled shots. This film had a good story and direction but suffered from overkill in its production.

A wholesome and witty romcom with great chemistry between the two leads. The last 15 minutes are a little bit weaker, but the first hour is exceptional.

A wonderful joy to watch. Brilliant references to romcoms from the past, London lookings it best and great chemistry from the leads.

This is some way to make a romcom. Original filmmaking. A story well in the land of this genre, but the cinematography, the use of color, the shots, the production design. Wow! Very nice little and unknown film

Excellently paced, brilliantly acted and with insanely good chemistry between its leads. Rye Lane is a must watch, and ain't talked about enough.

It me a minute to get into it, but I'm so glad I watch it through. If you love a good, realistic romantic movie that's no cheesy and set in modern times, like I do then you'll like this movie.
