There is a fine line between funny and bizzaro. If you think funny is ppl breaking into an apartment to commit suicide then this is the comedy for you.

This Indie film glorifies suicide despite its play on crime and cults. To story-tell about death in an ambiguous, post modern style while simultaneously including hints of comedy is certainly an interesting angle. However the writers did not consider the potential risks in releasing this unpoetic tale of existential phenomenon for certain audience members to view. This apathetic narrative can induce psychosis for some, mostly because the comedy was surface level and not deep/outrageous enough. The whole film was mediocre and did not leave viewers with cheers, hope, glory, or glee. It was not over the top ridiculous like the Scary Movie film series, and not insightful like Fight Club. The film itself was meaningless but I don't find that amusing. The detective was the only good character as he was actually funny and harmless. His animation was exuberant. There was some decent performance done by whoever played the main character Claire. Overall, to dramatically illuminate a bunch of sets while nihilistically talking about our meaninglessness with little to no symbolism, context or hope is not actually funny. Existentialism is quite real and to write about it with little tact and little humor is embarrassing and hazardous. I detest this poor attempt at creating a satire in regards to suicide in our post modern world. This should not have been released for young people to see (let alone anyone with depression); especially not with this level of depleted consciousness.

This movie sucked, to a level I define as "not rateable ". Meaning, I couldn't watch more than 15 minutes of this movie, nothing there to rate.

I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing this. Enough to risk COVID19.
