ITS BETTER THAN THE FIRST?!?!?!?! F*CK YEAH IT IS!!!!!!!!!!! Best Illumination franchise ever!!! 10/10!!!!!

I really wanted to like this more. I really enjoyed tge first movie but even though the animators and the voice actors really try hard, it just doesn't have the same soul as the first. A retread with a similar plot but a little too confusing and overblown. Some fun some good songs and great animation.

It is my least favorite movie of all time. The problem with the movie is the plot. Buster Moon was trying to get Suki to get his own theater better (he was being a simp to his own theater), Porsha is so annoying, and Crystal has a lot of negativity. Everytime when I see Jimmy Crystal, I want to put my middle finger on him, because he's one of the main reasons why I don't like that movie. I'll upload a review on YouTube soon.

As far as sequels go, this is one of the best to date. I understand it is an animated movie, but they added to the secret cause that made the first one great.

What made the first film so good was how well it juggled numerous storylines, giving each character the attention they deserved. This movie follows up on all the characters from the previous film, but doesn't really add any depth to them, opting instead to dump a load of new characters on us and try to fit storylines for them in the cracks in the main story. Most of their storylines felt rushed; they could've been good with the same amount of detail and screen time as the last movie was willing to give, but in this one major plot points are reached with little to no build-up. The final act of the movie is where all the singing is, and it really hurts that instead of writing, or at least finding, relevant songs, they just slapped whatever was currently popular over the scene, even if the lyrics made no sense whatsoever. The animation, especially for that last act, was the saving grace of this movie.

When I first saw this, I thought "Hey, I like this movie, this is the best movie of all time, I even liked Nooshy, she's funny, rebellious, and should get her own movie of where she had first come from". When I heard Chaze from Youtube didn't like it and called it just the original movie but worst, I literally wanted to murder him.

Better than the first movie. Great choice of songs taken out of this world.

A stellar voice cast and quality animation make Sing 2 a success. It lacks the down-to-earth feeling of the first movie but keeps the characters that gave the first movie heart. For a sequel, it's pretty good, and the finale is truly spectacular.

The first movie may have a better plot and this better music but both movies are very strong either way which makes it tie for myself on which on is better. This is just an entertaining well done animation that includes awesome acting music and characters. Well done 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
