Spider-Man 2

A classic what can I say that hasn’t been said before.

What an amazing movie! Spider-Man 2 is one of the best superhero movies ever made and Tobey Maguire and Alfred Molina do amazing jobs as Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus! I'm glad I finally watched this in the theater!

Loved it went with my 20 year old son son! is a great throwback

3.89. The film is richer than its predecessor because of its emotional weight. Also, Peter Parker's main enemy is not Doc Ock. And there is a through-line between that and the final shot of the film. Peter/Spider-Man certainly becomes a much more complex character in this film. Director Sam Raimi certainly didn't waste the foundation he laid in the first movie in the trilogy. Also, special effects distracted a few times, cinematography is often gorgeous, and the come-down from a train scene is touching.
