Stan Lee è un docu-film, che in poco più di 1h va a ripercorrere la storia, la vita ed il mito di questo fantastico artista. Inizialmente pensavo ad un classico documentario in cui venisse raccontata la storia di Stan, ma tutto viene reso incredibilmente più magico data la presenza di immagini realizzate attraverso l'uso delle marionette, che vanno a descrivere un pezzo di storia che vuol essere raccontato. All'interno di quest'opera si capisce cosa ha lasciato alla storia questo uomo e viene dimostrato il perché, adesso, i film tratti dalle sue storie riescono ad incassare così tanto. Stan Lee è solamente paragonabile ad artisti del livello di Walt Disney, per ciò a cui ha contribuito alla cultura pop attuale. Da un punto di vista cinematografico, essendo comunque un documentario, non è necessario avere una incredibile qualità, ma non per questo essa non viene tralasciata, infatti è molto scorrevole e ti riesce a far immergere nell'emozione, cosa che vuol essere trasmessa dal documentario stesso; le animazioni e le sequenza sono realizzate bene, così come la colonna sonora che reca un fantastico accompagnamento a tutto l'intero docu-film. Consigliato per appassionati e non solo!

🇬🇧 The genuineness of this man within this documentary is splendid. Stan Lee is a docu-film, which in just over 1h goes to retrace the history, life and myth of this fantastic artist. Initially I was thinking of a classic documentary in which Stan's story was told, but everything is made incredibly more magical given the presence of images made through the use of puppets, which go to describe a piece of history that wants to be told. Within this work you can understand what this man has left to history and it is shown why, now, the films taken from his stories manage to collect so much. Stan Lee is only comparable to artists at the Walt Disney level, for what he contributed to today's pop culture. From a cinematographic point of view, being still a documentary, it is not necessary to have an incredible quality, but not for this reason it is not left out, in fact it is very smooth and manages to immerse you in emotion, which wants to be transmitted by the documentary itself; the animations and sequence are well made, as well as the soundtrack that brings a fantastic accompaniment to the story. Recommended for fan and not only!

Stan Lee - 8/10. Stan Lee was one of the main faces of Marvel, and helped the comic titan to become the huge success that it is today. This doc pieces together archival footage and audio of him and others involved with Marvel and his life, and the doc is pretty good. Inspiring and heartwarming for the most part, it paints a great picture of the famous creator. Of course there's stuff missing here and there here, but, overall, I think that this doc is interesting. Even if you're not a Marvel fan, this is still a solid watch!

Stan lee is one of the biggest piece of she it shysters that ever lived? he screwed over all his artists that came up with the characters that he thought he did. I hope you rot in heck

This Stan Lee documentary is a very well-constructed guide through the life of one of the comic industry's most influential figures. It has a lot of historical context and backstory that feels relevant, tying back to the things we know today. As a way to celebrate the 100th birthday of the man who helped build Marvel Comics from the ground up, it's a great watch that everyone will enjoy. While there might be more complete or detailed documentaries about the late and great Stan Lee, this one would definitely get the seal of approval from many fans across generations… Nuff said.
