#MovieReview #DisneyPlus #Stargirl This show was actually pretty well done, it's a little slow at first but it definitely picks up with the emotions. It's only available on Disney+, and it's definitely a Disney original, so you get the fun filled child aspect into the heart filled emotions. I've never read the books but I heard that the movie follows the books pretty well, and I wasn't disappointed with the television show it's worth taking a look at.

"Stargirl" is a heartwarming coming-of-age story about a quirky and unconventional high school student named Stargirl Caraway, who captures the hearts of her classmates with her unique personality and talents. The film stars Grace VanderWaal as Stargirl and follows her journey as she navigates the ups and downs of high school life and ultimately finds acceptance and belonging. One of the strong points of this film is the fantastic performance by Grace VanderWaal, who truly embodies the character of Stargirl. Her portrayal of the quirky and confident Stargirl is both endearing and inspiring, and she brings a strong energy to the film. The supporting cast also delivers solid performances, particularly Graham Verchere, who plays the lead male character Leo Borlock. The cinematography in this film is beautiful and captures the essence of the high school experience. The director, Julia Hart, has a keen eye for detail and uses creative camera angles and transitions to enhance the storytelling. The film's soundtrack, featuring original songs by Grace VanderWaal, is also a standout element and adds to the overall mood and emotion of the film. One criticism of the film is that it may be predictable at times, and some of the plot points feel a bit clichéd. However, despite this, "Stargirl" still manages to deliver a touching and uplifting message about the importance of individuality and the power of friendship. In conclusion, "Stargirl" is a charming and heartfelt film that is sure to resonate with audiences of all ages. With strong performances, beautiful cinematography, and a touching message, it's definitely worth checking out.

There are an endless supply of coming of age movies, and I tend to enjoy most of the entries. I don't think "Stagirl" is among the best of the genre, nor does it bring many new themes to the table, but it is a sweet and likable movie that I enjoyed. The movie is good natured and isn't very long, so it is easy to watch. I liked the characters and thought the movie had plenty of feel good moments. One thing I like about this movie is that it makes a coming of age story more accessible for younger audiences, unlike some other more serious movies in the genre. Overall, this is a harmless and cute movie that many age groups can appreciate together and a solid orignal offering from Disney+.

Suppose you were looking for a movie to watch and came across Stargirl. Run as fast as possible! It was probably one of the biggest wastes of time ever! There was absolutely no plot, and every scene was dragged out and useless. I would not recommend this movie to even my biggest enemy. Julia Hart horribly wrote the film, and none of the characters added anything to the story. Stargirl and Leo were extremely dramatic characters and made no sense whatsoever. There was no climax or plot. This film was a tremendous waste of time, and I would not recommend it at all!

Very well done. Loved the whole thing and casting was just perfect. Usually, Disney creates brainless garbage for their channels - doesn't offend anyone, follows a formula, extra characters that don't need to be there, etc. But, this time - things flow smoothly and the movie/story stays on track. Loved the sequel too.
