Survive the Game

Bruce Willis continues his campaign of reputation self-ruin - not that he has that far to fall - with this cruddy, derivative action thriller...

I am trying to convey that I think this movie was literally shot by high school kids over a couple weeks of summer vacation on their phones. With none of the charm and joy that implies.

Survive The Game may tell an oft-told story, but the script avoids most well-worn tropes in favor of a no-frills actioner.

Illogical, poorly acted, poorly shot, and without a single good idea, this ridiculous action movie is yet another in a string of terrible Bruce Willis efforts.

After a creative opening-credit sequence, the inspiration runs dry for the remainder of this hackneyed low-budget thriller.

It's limp work from Bressack, who's been handed a rural property to play with but simply churns out the same old VOD product.

It's still a waste of time, but not the worst Bruce Willis movie of 2021, which, I suppose, is something to be grateful for
