Talk to Me

, 82% Audience Score- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starswhat movie!!! This film is very well executed, It starts out fun and gets more harrowing, which is wonderful! I loved Talk To Me and I recommend it to everyone who likes horror, it has a problem that doesn't affect scenes that take too long But that's just at the beginning because later on this film only gets better. I really liked it, but it's not perfect, note 9.0 for this movie.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsso so so good. the people not giving this 5 stars make no sense.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSo disappointed… typical horror movie with a terrible plot and bad storyline.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsRevived the whole teen haunted possession saga, refreshing dark and will stay with you for a while..
- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsTalk to me had some amazing moments, decent characters, and solid acting. Some of the scenes were downright horrifying (in a good way), with less emphasis on jump-scares and more emphasis on psychological horror, which I prefer. Unfortunately, a lot of the setup that was rightfully earned was squandered in the last half hour or so. The movie follows in the mistake of too many other movies in this genre, and pretty much just fizzles out, with a lame ending that just feels lazy considering how good it was up until then. All in all, it passes the time.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA real top shelf horror this one, easily the best horror of 2023 for me. Genuinely scary and I loved the setup of a bunch of kids who were just looking for thrills were using the hand as a party game. What they soon find out is they are actually playing a very dangerous game. If you are a fan of horrors and you haven't seen this you much watch this one, you won't be disappointed!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI love horror movies, unfortunately, good ones are not as common as I would prefer. This one was great! An interesting premise, the movie is horrifying and engaging. While the behavior of the kids in the beginning is slightly unbelievable, the story is excellent, as is the acting. Even better, to my knowledge this is not a remake or sequel, which is a breath of fresh air!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 starsTalk to Me" is a terrifying Australian horror movie with disturbing imagery. The film has a diverse cast, including a young Black female lead. The movie reinforces some messages taught by the Bible from the time of Moses: Don't mess around with the supernatural, don't try to talk to the dead, and don't be sucked into the quagmire of the occult. The Philippou brothers' first feature effort shows off a surprisingly deft ability to balance emotional weight with well-calculated scares. Killing the lead actor gave the approach that evil lingers although the young boy was saved.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBrilliant low budget Aussie movie. Very original.
- Rating: 4.5 out of 5 starsThe horror genre is probably the most saturated one currently, that's why movies like Talk to Me are well received: they're trying different things. This movie not only brings a new idea but also creates a very relatable (and annoying, but they're teenagers) set of characters.
