, 56% Audience Score- Rating: 3 out of 5 starsTarot feels less like a deep dive into ancient mysticism and more like a breezy, supernatural spin on the "Final Destination" formula. You know the drill: a group of young, attractive people stumble upon something they shouldn't, and then Death, or in this case, fate, decides to play a particularly nasty hand. Each card drawn becomes a death sentence, a premonition of their grisly demise. And while the kills themselves aren't going to win any awards for originality or gore, they’re serviceable enough to keep you mildly entertained. The acting? Let's just say the stars weren't exactly aligned for Oscar-worthy performances. It's perfectly "mid," as you put it – enough to get the job done, but nothing to write home about. However, the film's strength lies in its simplicity. It's easy to digest, doesn't require a lot of brainpower, and delivers a consistent stream of spooky-ish set pieces. Think of it as a cinematic party game, perfect for a group of friends looking for a lighthearted scare. It's the kind of movie where you can shout at the screen, predict the next victim, and maybe even bond over shared jump scares. If you're looking for a deep, philosophical exploration of fate and destiny, you're looking at the wrong deck. But if you want a fun, popcorn-munching experience, "Tarot" delivers. And honestly, the ending? It wasn't half bad. It wrapped things up neatly, with a satisfying sense of closure that left me feeling more "content" than "cheated." So, if you're feeling a bit star-crossed and need a light, spooky flick to pass the time, give "Tarot" a watch. Just remember, when it comes to your future, don’t draw the fool, and maybe avoid any antique tarot decks you find lying around. Because in this movie, your destiny is definitely in the cards, and they're not playing nice. You might find yourself saying, “I saw that coming in the cards!” at a few moments.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAmazing film very scary loved avantika performance
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI thought it was good horror movie and original. I mean I've seen horror movies and TV shows with tarot cards in them, But never one where the card themselves come to life and kill. My favorite card had be The Fool, I really liked his scene in the movie with his changing faces and walking on the ceiling. Overall I would recommend watching it to others.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 starsLoves the zodiac aspect and the backstory, but the movie was so bad overall good idea, bad execution
- Rating: 0.5 out of 5 starsI saw this movie at premiere with my friend in Oslo, literally the first screening possible, and it was literally just the two of us in the entire auditorium. I think that says enough about the movie, literally the worst movie I saw in my life.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTarot was one of the best horror movies ever!!!
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsI enjoyed the movie, I thought the kills were creative, this would’ve been better with more gore. However the very end was not something I was a fan of.
- Rating: 3.5 out of 5 starsIt was an ok movie...I'm just mad my boy Ned from the Marvel Spider-Man movies died...and Paige...she is so damn fine...RIP (in the movie, of course) to Ned and fine ass Paige 🥺🥺🥺🥺 Edit: I made my review before the ending...my boy Ned made it 😭😭😭😭
- Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI love how it gives all their character traits in a tarot card expose done in the most boring sloppy way possible and than expects you to remember all that throughout. And on top of that just Googling all your problems and having a old lady just explain pointless backstory like Anthony Hopkins in The Last Knight. The dialouge also is terrible along with the acting. I swear sometimes they don't give a crap and other times I swear there acting terrible on purpose. I can't tell because they all blend in. This also is never scary in the slightest. It's just jumpscares and jump cuts done in backgrounds so dark you can barely see them. Than it's jsut edited with blood splatters PG-13 style. The kills aren't creative at all and I swear I've seen it all done better in other films too numerous to meantion. By the end this makes absolutely no sense what is going on. Than a pointless romance hammed in for good measure. Even if it wasn't written as badly, had less subpar direction, or just maybe a bit scary his would still be a terrible film. But my god I thought Borderlands was the worst film of 2024....Move over. Skip this.
