Good treatment of the 1925 serum run to Nome, Alaska. Wholesome watch!

I enjoy watching the film as Leonhard Seppala's experince and his dogs really shows how life in Alaska in the 20th Century was different to the lifestyle of the 21st Century. The film does touch your heart in a way because you have to think how hard it was for the parents who went through this horrible ordeal in the 1920s Alaska

Always love stories about Sled Dogs. This one is good but I watched Togo From Disney and it was much better. It told the story in much more detail than this and was a wonderful movie. I recommend both movies but Togo was indeed better. Great movie! Loved it! Great job depicting a true story! Well done! Very like with the dogs, sleds, and actors depicting real life people.

First of all it's a true story and for all ages, I enjoyed it a lot. Besides if you love dogs, this is a way to honour one and his owner.

    Dogs, heroes and snow!

Liked it, although it hardly mentioned Balto at all, but it did show more about the other great dog Togo. Acting seemed just a little over-dramatic but I know the movie had to tell an emotional story in a short space of time. Some of the stats might be incorrect, not sure (... such as -80F instead of some internet research about -30+windchill. Still, -30 or -80 ... hah ... anywhere in the range of 41F downward is just dang cold enough to convince me of an heroic triumph.

The story was inaccurate, but loved watching the dogs.
