I'm not sure if it's an homage or a ripoff of The Good The Bad and The Ugly. I feel like nobody mentions similarities, why would that be?

Not even good as a cliché movie. Lost 2 hours of unbelievable bad written dialogs. You know when a movie is that bad it almost becomes good? This is not it. Doesn't even work as a comedy

Infinitely stylish, a charismatic cast and some brilliant dialogue. 20 minutes too long perhaps, but overall it's incredibly fun and an impressive calling card for first time director Jeymes Samuel

Get your guns out and get ready for war, because this western is going to hit you with both barrels. Nat Love learns that Rufus Buck has escaped along with his crew and he gathers a pose to teach him down and inflict retribution on him. Shot with style and brimming with substance, this is one of the most intense western films of the recent decade and we can't get enough!

An absolute blast from the start to finish with a star studded cast. Majors, Elba, LaKeith, King, all of them deliver!

Gotta say, this was pretty darn good! Very entertaining, action packed, and at times suspenseful.

A very enjoyable movie with amazing performances all around, with stand outs from Idris Elba and Jonathan Majors. Wonderful action sequences fill the runtime with good dialogue and wonderful outfits throughout. My only issues with this movie are its pacing, which does lul a little, and the lack of emotional connection that it gives to the audience. For such a dramatic narrative, with tears and loss throughout, it is hard to feel for these characters as the emotions are rushed and never fully explored.

A hard-hitting Western in a different skin, The Harder They Fall finds writer-director Jeymes Samuel injecting the proceedings with plenty of personality and violent panache.

lol, promise I didn't go into this movie with unreasonable expectations about historical accuracy or a cohesive plot, I would have settled for just being entertained and if it was entertaining I would have gladly forgiven the sheer stupidity of the truck sized plot-holes and general unnecessary nonsense, but it seemed determined not to even allow that

Awesome movie. Left me wanting to see more from the director!
