I never saw the live action Mulan that people despise however I imagine this movie is like that but 10 times worse.

The people who don't like this movie hate fun and shenanigans. Truly I pity their withered black hearts.

Es genial, una película entretenida de fantasía para ver en familia 😃

I saw Jackie Chang and Arnold Schwarzenegger in it and said can't go wrong with that! Noooo this movie was horrible, I don't even know what the title has to do with the movie. About 1/4 of the movie I still didn't understand what was the movie about. Very boring and they only used 2 big actor's names to make you watch it. Not recommended for family movie night

The first half started promising and I enjoy it, but I couldn't get on with the 2nd half and ended up falling asleep. Jackie Chan had some great fight sequences, especially whilst in the prison in the first half. The graphics were great throughout, but it's became disappointing and it's a shame, because the beginning was exciting to watch.

This film is so bad. You'd think with heavyweights like Jackie and Arnie that it would at least be watchable but no. I can only assume they were paid a lot as I can't imagine why else they'd do it. Halfway through I couldn't even remember the story line. It's like several fantasy films mashed together. Most of the cast are dubbed over. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be funny or if it was so bad it was funny. Made absolutely no sense. Jackie Chan's acting was the worst thing ever and I love Jackie usually.

This is the sequel to the movie, Forbidden Empire and I don't think many of the reviewers here are taking that into account. Sure you can drive a truck through just about any part of this you care to but what I really recommend is to watch Viy (1967) then Forbidden Empire (2014) and then this one and what you will have is an epic that overall to me was as exciting as when I first read The Hobbit and Dune ! In this movie our intrepid cartographer Jonathan Green continues the journey he began in Hidden Empire, taking his map measuring wheel and carriage through Russia and China. Think of this as a Monty Python styled slapstick adventure and this sad and really unfair Rotten Tomato rating would shoot up a few points, cut it some slack, this needs to be developed as a weekly series, The Continued Travels of Jonathan Green.....

This movie is bafflingly well-produced for its low-tier plot, effects, and acting. It somehow alternates between over- and under-acting, with effects and sets that feel like Big Trouble In Little China. The costuming and style is great, but it can't save this movie's campiness. Closest comparison: It's like Jupiter Ascending by way of The Great Wall. Setting: Fantasy Plot: Revolution Tone: Adventure

The special effects were good but the movie was all over the place and just fell flat. Had to turn off after an hour or just under. Dialogue bad, directing bad, script bad
