The Kid Detective

I did not expect the turn of events. Actors are great. Story is great. It reminded me of Room but i think this is more twisted. Tackles on not only the abducted victim, the murdered, the daughter which is the next victim but also the victim of the emotional turmoil and heavy guilt which is the main hero of the film. And the ending scene really shows that. When he also found himself and released himself finally.

How did I miss this one? Shame on me.

Mediocre and trivial. Adam Brody carries an otherwise dull script that is easily the most banal film I've ever seen. Find and see the movie "Brick" instead.

The premise is better than the execution.

Excellent storytelling for a loveable yet pitiable protagonist. Takes an unexpected and disturbing turn in the climax.
