The Little Mermaid

Everyone suited their rolls quite well especially Hailey and Meilissa. Prince Eric's song could have been better and they cut the chef scene out.. but overall stuck true to the original with a bit of a modern twist. Of all the new live action versions this one hits above the rest and was a success in my opinion. Would love to see them return for a number two with their daughter Melody.

It seems to have fallen short. I prefer the original.

What a waste of two hours. Nothing was good about it, besides Flounder's voice.... and Melissa McCarthy's performance as Ursula. Or at least, that's all that was good about it to me.

Pointless, enjoyable, unnecessary remake

Nunca assisti ativamente filmes da disney em toda minha vida, vendo agora, é algo mágico mas também bem básico. Ela não desistiu das pernas por piroca e sim uma paixão alimentada pelos humanos gradativamente. Um bom filme, nada marcante. Os efeitos debaixo d'água são excelentes!

It wasn't good and the concept of the movie was changed too much

Por lo general, un spoiler es un momento inesperado que le agrega mucho valor a la película, eso sin duda en este live action de La Sirenita es, todo el desarrollo que ocurre fuera del agua. Sebastián se equivocó al decir que todo es mejor de bajo del mar; todo lo que ocurre fuera del mar, realmente me hizo sentir lo que antes se le conocía como "la magia de Disney", sin duda que por estos momentos, es digna de llamársele como uno de los mejores live action; ya lo que ocurre debajo del mar, muestra la verdadera cara de Disney hoy en día, malos efectos visuales que de lejos hacen que te sumerjas en este mundo submarino y que te importe en lo más mínimo, ejemplos como este son: el 99% de las películas que salen a nombre de Disney.

Totalmente fuera de contesto. Por que querrer cambiar la Historia solo por los acomplejados. Me quedo con la versión original que tiene por mi 1,000 estrellas pero esta por mi no tiene ni una.

I didn't want to see it at first because i am very fond of the original but i LOVED this movie. Different in good ways and I loved a lot more than the original. I also loved Halle her singing voice was more than perfect and I see why Disney chose her because nobody could've done the vocals like she did! 11/10 will watch again.
