This is a need to watch film. It's so crazy how women have been pushed to the side. I saw the list of directors on this film. All men at the top of the list. That's not giving women a chance to shine. I think they should put all the women directors to the top of that list.

Even though I work in the industry, the movie still highlighted some of the issues I didn't pay much attention in the past, but it made me realise that we should all focus our efforts to finally improve the workspace of this industry for all genders, races, religions etc. A great documentary everyone needs to watch!

This is not a documentary about a fake problem. The film puts forth irrefutable data about how Hollywood has ignored female creatives for decades. The documentary is straightforward, the data easily explained and put forth. The film puts a spotlight on this glaring problem and will hopefully contribute to the change Hollywood needs.

Must see. A long overdue analysis of sexism in Hollywood.

A shocking and necessary film that showcases how messed up Hollywood is for women. Turns out Geena Davis is putting those movie bucks to good use in order to change the world. A neat doc that may change your mind about how you view women! You have to respect a film that brings the facts! Final Score: 7/10

Clear, concise, compelling and data driven. Brings unconscious bias to the forefront of the viewers mind, which potentially plants the seed for change in the place it is needed most - the mind and actions of the decision makers in the industry.

This is a must see. I think it will be a knee jerk reaction to watch with your daughters, girlfriends, moms and aunts etc...I suggest watching it with your sons, boyfriends, dads and uncles also. This clarifies the subtle (glaring after watching) embedded sexism and discrimination in the movie/television industry - reinforcing/planting those beliefs in all of us. Also shown is the proven power to change this with reality reflecting - popular shows and profitable results. The only issue I have and cannot understand...a fair share of the topic is how female directors are systemically shut out. Why is this directed by Tom Donahue??? (He did a great job but how could they lack self awareness here of all places)

Well done with eye opening data, story telling, and a compelling call to action.

Data-driven and powerful. I had no idea about the depth of the issue. Motivating, powerful voices, with a great historic view back to the start of filmmaking and up through the Me Too movement.

This has stuck with me. A must see.
