Such a peaceful movie. It makes you realise that just material things are not sufficient for happy living. One has to be connected with nature to feel complete!

#MovieReview #TicketToParadise In general, I found this movie to be entertaining, although it fell short of expectations considering the star power it boasted. The storyline revolving around a divorce was executed fairly well, despite the somewhat scattered plot and erratic writing. While the film managed to hold my interest to a certain extent, it didn't leave a lasting impression that would prompt me to revisit it willingly. It's the kind of movie I might stumble upon by chance rather than actively seek out for a rewatch.

You could find more charm in the Chairman's letter to shareholders of a mid-sized, Permian Basin oil drilling company. The plot is ridiculous and script feels like it has been through the review of a thousand Hollywood suits. I had very little interest in any of the characters or their relationships. 2 stars for the occasional moments of authenticity between George & Julia

Offensive drivel. The only consolation to watching this crud is the satisfaction knowing my half star review will offend some people who inexplicably found this hi-lar-ieee-ous.

There's light romantic comedy and then there's this, a movie so basic and predictable you'll forget what is happening while you are watching it.

A harmless romantic comedy. Ticket to Paradise was a fun time because everyone on screen was having a good time. Don’t get me wrong it’s a predictable and thin layered script but still an enjoyable time while watching it. I think the chemistry between Julia Roberts and George Clooney is what it really has going for it. You can tell this is not their first or last rodeo on film. There is a nice charm about the whole family dynamic here that is presented to us. Even though I knew what was going to unfold I found myself cheering for our two leads here. If you are looking for a romantic comedy where you don’t have to think that hard then check out Ticket to Paradise. Ticket to Paradise gets an average 3 stars out of 5 from me.

It's Julia and George, what is there not to love?
  • Rating: 1.5 out of 5 stars
How did George and Julia agree to be in this paper thin plot of a movie that pretends to be a comedy but is a sappy series of vignettes?
  • Rating: 2 out of 5 stars
    Overtly cliché and backward

    Just one word: yawn.
