The movie kept you guessing til the end and even wondering if the old adage "like mother, like daughter" or can a family cycle be broken. I watched with a group where all were totally engaged and yelling advice to the screen - "don't eat the cookie!" You are left wondering what's next for Hannah.

This physchological thriller keeps you at the edge of your seat and ends with a surprising twist. The film's lead actress Karen Leigh Sharp steals the show. She is able to capture a wide range of emotions and suspense through her character's multidimensional journey. A truly phenomenal performance and story that portrays the dysfunction and danger of undiagnosed mental illness.

The cinematography is so on point with this movie! The darkness of the shots puts you in the mood without making you feel constrained or struggling to understand the scene. Karen Leigh Sharp is magnificently creepy! You see this dark play between love and control and she passes it off with ease. The movie leaves you interested in the mystery while giving you enough along the way to satisfy your curiosity. It's dark and "twisted" without being jump-out/boo scary. I'm not one for thrillers or "horror," but this movie doesn't leave you feeling like it "scared" you. It does a beautiful job of illuminating how complex and messed up humans can be. Would definitely recommend!

Dark psychological thriller about the grisly lengths a damaged mother will go to in "protecting" her maturing daughter. The two lead actors do an amazing job building a tense and conflicted mother-daughter relationship. A very engaging watch for fans of film noir and Hitchcock-esque thrillers.
