A stellar performance from Gal Gadot and a fresh, fun and exciting storyline makes for an action-packed, loveable origin story for DC fans or casual viewers.

Very disappointed in the ending. I was enjoying it and probably would have given it a better review but the ending ruined it.

The movie is Wonderful. Until it tries to do something at the end only to go back on it. 7/10

She seriously saved the DC universe and will make the Justice League something we wanna watch, after the flop of Batman vs Superman. I was a major fan of the historic World War I scenes and references. The character interactions were priceless and the quick wit was fantastic. I also enjoyed the fight scenes and she swas so bad ass. I say go watch this and dont let anyone stop you.

The movie is at its best when it focuses on the quieter character moments and when it embraces the weirder elements of the comics (i.e. the prominent use of the "Lasso of Truth") some of the action sequences are a little flat which one expects but the movie leans into them so much that it does detract from the overall experience.

The Amazon Princess superhero comes to the big screen with a big impact and major way this fantastic and incredibly made origin story that is set during World War I.

With so much potential for an iconic American comic heroine in this genre, it was rife with blase plot movement, trite predictable dialogues, an awful overuse of superhero tropes, and an utterly lackluster and painfully forced performance by Gal Gadot that made me wonder why I had chosen to watch this movie and thankfully most of it is just a blur and forgotten except for the bad aftertaste.
