Andrew Howard

An English actor known for working with high-profile genre directors like Michael Bay and Guy Ritchie, Andrew Howard has also moonlighted as a screenwriter, starred in multiple horror films, and showed off his comedic side in the blockbuster comedy "The Hangover Part II." Howard's acting career began in the mid-'90s, when he started doing guest spots on English television series. By the end of the decade, he was receiving supporting roles in feature films such as the 1999 Chekhov adaptation "The Cherry Orchard," and two years after that effort, he starred as a hired killer in the dark crime thriller "Mr. In-Between." Howard also appeared in two episodes of the acclaimed HBO war series "Band of Brothers," and went on to script and star in "Shooters," a crime film. In 2005, he acted in yet another movie in this vein, Guy Ritchie's "Revolver," with action favorite Jason Statham. In addition to working with Michael Bay later that decade for the moneymaker "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," he also starred in the horror thrillers "The Devil's Chair," "Blood River," and "I Spit on Your Grave," the 2010 remake of the cult exploitation film. Howard then supported stars Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro in the slick sci-fi film "Limitless," and soon shared the screen with Cooper again in "The Hangover Part II."
