Brittany Furlan

Internet personality Brittany Furlan was born in Perkasie, Pennsylvania and grew up in the Philadelphia area. During her attempts to break into the television industry, Furlan was spotted at a bar by a Casting Director who encouraged her to audition for the unscripted series "Reality Hell" (E! 2009). Furlan was cast as a prankster, but the show was cancelled after only one season. Furlan began uploading videos to the social media app Vine shortly after in debuted in 2013, and quickly began accumulating followers. She made a name for herself on the app where until November of 2015 she was the most followed female star on the app with over 8.5 million viewers. In March of 2015 Furlan was named by Time magazine as one of the most influential people on the Internet. In 2014 Furlan appeared in the music video for the song "Fireball" by Pitbull, featuring John Ryan. Furlan stated in 2015 that she was in the midst of developing a sketch show with comedian Seth Green.
