Chelsea Rendon

Chelsea Rendon was an American actress born on March 15, 1993 in Los Angeles, California. Rendon had been acting in commercials for some time before landing her first film role at age 6, which would release in 2001 as the low-profile action movie "No Turning Back." She made her television debut in an episode of "E.R." (NBC, 1994-2009) the same year, and appeared in an episode of "The Shield" (FX, 2002-08) in 2003. Rendon made a small appearance in the acclaimed, vignette-based film "Nine Lives" (2005), directed by Colombian auteur Rodrigo García. She graduated from Montebello High School, and played Ruthie Valdez in drama "A Better Life" (2011). Rendon appeared in episodes of shows like "The Mentalist" (CBS, 2008-2015) and "Rizzoli & Isles" (TNT, 2010-16) throughout the early 2010s. She landed a role in the Kevin Costner-led sports film "McFarland, USA" (2015), and acted in the crime/fantasy film "Bright" (2017) alongside Will Smith and Joel Edgerton. Rendon played the recurring character Lisa on the fifth season of "The Fosters" (Freeform, 2013- ), then joined the main cast of drama series "Vida" (Starz, 2018- ), her first starring role on television.
