Erica Ash

Though actress Erica Ash gained her initial exposure as a sketch comedy performer on "The Big Gay Sketch Show" (Logo, 2007-2010) and "MadTV" (Fox, 1995-2009), her breadth of talent also included stints on Broadway, voice-over for video games and even film production. Ash began her career in Japan, working as a model and singer before returning to America for various stage roles. She made an initial splash as part of the Rosie O'Donnell-produced "Big Gay Sketch Show" before briefly joining "MadTV" in its final season. Between television efforts, she appeared on Broadway in "The Lion King" and produced a comic short film, "I Can Smoke?" (2011), before earning a box office hit with the broad comedy "Scary Movie 5" (2013). Though Ash was still in search of a breakout hit of her own, her various talents and impressive resume indicated that stardom was in the cards for her.
