Kash Doll

American rapper and actor, Kash Doll, was born Arkeisha Antoinette Knight in Detroit, Michigan. Raised in a large family, she worked as a dancer in nightclubs to help support her family. Doll practiced freestyle rapping at the clubs and was eventually successful enough to earn money without dancing. Building a fanbase and presence on social media, her video for the song "Run Me My Money" went viral in 2015. In 2016 she was noticed by rapper Drake and invited to open for his upcoming tour stop in Detroit. The music video for her song "For Everybody" (2018) was viewed on YouTube more than 10 million times. She released the mixtape "Brat Mail" (2018) which was dedicated to her fans (known as bratz). Signing with Republic Records, Doll dropped her debut studio album "Stacked" in 2019. Not limiting herself to music, Kash Doll began an acting career appearing as herself in the drama "Empire" (Fox 2015-20) and as a recurring character in "BMF" (Starz, 2021- ).
