Michael Mosley

After spending many years honing his craft as a supporting actor, Michael Mosley finally emerged as a leading man on the highly anticipated primetime drama series "Pan Am" (ABC, 2011-12), a sexy soap about the pilots and flight attendants working at the iconic airline in the 1960s. Early in his career, Mosley earned his stripes by tackling a number of guest roles on popular crimes dramas such as "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999- ) and "Third Watch" (NBC, 1999-2005). He ventured into independent film acting with roles in the dramas "Swimmers" (2005) and "Room 314" (2006), and with small parts in big-budget romantic comedies such as "27 Dresses" (2008). In 2009, Mosley landed one of his most high-profile roles as a laconic medical student on the comedy series "Scrubs" (NBC, 2001-08; ABC, 2009-2010). His appearance on "Scrubs" paved the way for a major part on "Pan Am," the show that propelled Mosley's status in Hollywood and gave him his first taste of mainstream success.
