Reynaldo Villalobos

After an eight-year stint as first assistant cameraman, made debut as director of photography with "Urban Cowboy" (1980). Villalobos has lent his distinctive visual style--a semi-documentary look combined with diffuse, impressionistic, sometimes murky, lighting--to uniquely American-themed films: "Risky Business" (1983) "9 to 5" (1980) and "Punchline" (1988).
