Toby Smith

Smith worked on a variety of projects during Smith's early entertainment career, including "413 Hope Street" (Fox, 1997-98), "Drylongso" (1998) and the Matthew Broderick and Jean Reno box office smash "Godzilla" (1998). Smith also contributed to "Sliding Doors" (1998), "The Steve Harvey Show" (WB, 1995-2002) and "Zero Effect" (1998) starring Bill Pullman. In the nineties and the early 2000s, Smith devoted Smith's time to various credits, such as "Strong Medicine" (Lifetime, 1999-2005), "A Better Way to Die" (HBO, 2000-01) and "Center Stage" (2000). Smith also worked on "Titan A.E." with Matt Damon (2000). Smith's music was also featured in the Jon Heder comedy "Napoleon Dynamite" (2004), "We Live in Public" (2009) with Josh Harris and "The Switch" (2010). Smith's music was also featured in the Mark Wahlberg hit action flick "Lone Survivor" (2013) and the Kevin Hart romantic comedy "About Last Night" (2014). Smith's music was most recently used in the romance "Beyond the Lights" (2014) with Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
